NASA’s Pheonix Lander Finds Kabonfootprint on Mars

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

Shortly after the discovery of iced water on Mars there was speculation that Mars could possibly sustain life. Now the excitement is at fever pitch since after a photograph taken by a special camera that looks into the distance across the Martian soil showed what appeared to be a Kabonfootprint.

The Kabon were previously thought to have originated from Africa after fossilized remains of a Kabonfootprint were found in a cave by the archaeologist and explorer Edmund Portman in 1853. Portman named the beast, Kabon after attempting to translate nearby inscriptions found on the cave walls.

Scientists are yet to fully confirm that the footprints match, however “they do have striking similarities” according to our source who did not wish to be named. This is understandable since anyone suggesting that Mars was once home to a creature that later migrated to Earth would be the subject of ridicule.
